FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Incumbent works under the direction of the Manager, performing a wide variety of analytical work. Incumbent is also expected to work closely with the Internal and external auditors, as well as with staff from several departments and operation.
Duties
Responsible for researching, analyzing, and authorizing payment documents generated in the Accounting and Finance Department. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for oversight of the payment process. Assist the Accounting and Finance Manager in evaluating and assessing financial and operational issues as they relate to commitments, obligations, and payments in the financial management system. Monitors and analyzes the payment reports, monthly and year – end. Researches and solicits input and prepares materials to respond to financial – related inquiries. Participates in the development of policy and procedural enhancements designed to augment the operations of the budget and finance division. Performs research, assist in in drafting comments, prepares impact statements, and makes recommendations on such enhancements, and otherwise effectively collaborates with other key staff to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the company financial operations. Incumbent performs other related duties, as assigned, or as may be required, including preparing responses to correspondence and drafting miscellaneous external correspondence. Incumbent is expected to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting Graphics Designer of education background, Fresh Graduate are Welcome (will be coached 1 year as Management Development Trainee Program). Please submit a copy of your most recent performance evaluation with your application.
