PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (“The Company”) was established in 1997. The Company started its operations by opening the first supermarket (Ranch Market) in January 1998, which initially with franchise arrangement from Ranch Market USA. Later on, the Company made improvements and adjustments to Ranch Market to suit with the market and lifestyle of customers in Indonesia. In 2010 the Company terminated the agreement (termination agreement) with Ranch Market USA, and since then the Company obtained a license to use Ranch Market brand in Indonesia, and separated from Ranch Market USA.


Ranch Market offers premium quality and unique products, targeting upper and upper-middle class customers profile. Providing excellence in service, Ranch Market always provides a fun shopping experience, for its customers. In line with its tagline “It’s a Balanced Life”, Ranch Market is known as a supermarket that campaigns for healthy living, customers not just have shopping experience in Ranch Market, but also get better knowledge about food products and a healthy and balanced life.
 
 

ranchThe Company implemented Quality Management and Food Security System by applying Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and ISO 9001 since 2003, which was further enhanced to ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System in 2008, re-certified on September 1, 2016 by SAI Global, an international certification body from Australia. The application of HACCP and ISO is to maintain the quality of products sold in supermarkets and to improve the Company’s operational processes.

 

The Company engages in modern retail industry, for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and specialty products categories in supermarket format. The total area of the Company’s supermarket area is approximately 700 m2 - 4,400 m2. The Company’ supermarket provides daily necessities products of fresh products (fruits, vegetables, seafood and meat) as well as other daily necessities including organic, gluten free and dietary products.
