Fuji apples

Fuji apples are originally from Japan. They have a pink to red blush on their skin and are crisp in texture. Their high water and sugar content means Fuji are juicy to eat, with a distinctive honey-sweet flavour. Great for eating or used in cooking, Fuji are available fresh in store between April and November.
