Imperial mandarins

Imperial mandarins are small to medium-sized fruit. They’re an early season mandarin, available between April and July. Imperial mandarins have pale to full orange coloured skin that’s relatively loose-fitting. Their flesh is sweet and firm, and is great eaten fresh on its own, added to salads, or used in sweet or savoury cooking.
