Look for fresh-looking mint, with bright green leaves and no black or yellow patches
To Store
Wrap mint in paper towels then store in a plastic bag in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
To Prepare
Wash then remove the leaves from the stems. Slice or chop as required.
