Sage

Sage has delicate green to silvery-grey coloured leaves that are slightly pointed in shape. It has a strong, distinctive flavour that goes well with rich ingredients. Sage is available all year round, and is used in stuffings, stews, and roast meat and vegetable dishes.

Look for fresh-looking sage, with relatively small leaves and no black patches

To Store

Store sage in a plastic bag in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Wash gently then use as required.
