100 g (3 ½ oz) seedless watermelon, cut into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes
100 g (3 ½ oz) rockmelon, cut into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes
60 g (2 ¼ oz) strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
½ kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces
50 g (1 ¾ oz) seedless white grapes, halved
¼ banana, sliced
1-2 tablespoons unsweetened fruit juice or orange juice

 

Place the fruits in a lunchbox or small container, pour over the orange juice and toss.
Serve as finger food or cut up into smaller pieces.
You can substitute any seasonal fruits for the above suggestions. Try using apples, pears or peaches. Avoid fruits with seeds, though unless you can remove them first.
