Wednesday

½ small celery stick
½ small carrot
2 small pieces low-fat cheddar cheese
2 small cherry tomatoes
2 strawberries
1 slice tinned pineapple
2 tinned apricot halves

 

Cut celery, carrot and cheese into sticks.
Cut the tomatoes and strawberries in half. Cut the pineapple into pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container.
You can substitute any seasonal fruits for the above suggestions. Try using apples, bannas, pears or peaches. Avoid fruits with seeds, though, unless you can remove them first.
