Whether its communal tables for all the family, watch-and-be-seen armchairs under the central pergola, soft benches by the water cascade or intimate dining in the chilled-out Long Bar, we have created a different atmospheric setting (even varying the music!) for every mood. You can even put your feet up and relax with a book in the Ernest Hemmingway Lounge. To the rear of “99” restaurant, our private meeting room is equipped with boardroom seating and the latest A/V equipment – for that important presentation, company meeting or celebratory dinner.
