APPLE STRUDLE

Yield = 10 pcs
Ingredients :
- Edo Puff Pastry 22 cm x 44 cm
- 2pcs Apple Malang, peeled and cut to dice
- 100gr Raisin, soak in warm water until wet
- 50gr Sugar
- 4gr Cinnamon powder
Method :
- Take 1 ea Edo Puff Pastry 22 cm x 44 cm was thawing
- Mix all ingredients for filling, mix well
- Put the apple filling in the center, and roll
- Zip end of roll with eggs white
- Glazed the roll with egg
- Baked with temperature 200°C, ±8 minutes. Turn the temperature until 180°C, ±10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with dusting sugar
