BANANA WITH CARAMEL SAUCE

Ingredient :
- 250gr flour
- ½ teaspoon instant yeast
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 300ml fresh milk
- 1 egg
- 10pcs ripe banana, sliced
- Cooking oil
Caramel sauce :
- 250gr sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 100ml water
How to Make :
- Mixture for frying banana: mix all together well and rest for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in fry pan. Take the sliced banana and put in mixture then fry until lightly browned, remove and set aside
- Caramel sauce: heat the sugar until caramelized, add lemon juice and some water until thickens
- Pour caramel sauce on top and serve
