BANGER and MASHED

Ingredients for Banger and Mashed Potato

  • 8 pcs Fresh Beef Sausages or Fish Sausages
  • 500 gr Boiled Potato ( Mashed Potato)
  • 75 cc Fresh Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 20 gr Butter
  • 10 cc Fresh Lemon Juice
  •  

    In medium bowl. Mashed the boiled potato with whisk or fork. Add butter, fresh milk, salt and pepper.Stir well.Put on the serving dish.
    Heat the butter or olive oil, sauté fresh sausages until golden brown.Cut as you like and put on mashed potato

Ingredients for sauce :

  • 50 gr Garlic, thinly slice
  • 50 gr Onion, thinly slice
  • 20 gr Butter
  • 50 cc Red wine ( optional )
  • 500 cc Beef stock / brown stock
  • Balck pepper and salt to taste
  • Roux ( Tepung and Butter )
  •  

    Saute garlic and onion with butter until fragrant and brown, add red wine, leave it for few minutes until alcohol is emty. Put the beef stock and roux, stir well and add the seasoning. Pour the sauce over banger mashed
