Beef Teriyaki Roll

Ingredients
- 5 slices Sirloin Beef
- 1 Carrot (medium size)
- 10 Green Beans
- 5 stalks Spring Onion
- 5 Chives
- 5 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce (ready mix)
- Toasted sesame seeds to taste
Method
- Marinade meat in teriyaki sauce. Set aside for15 minutes.
- Cut carrots, green beans and spring onions in julienne slices. Put the beans and green onion to one side. Drop the carrots into boiling water for a few minutes.
- Take one slice of meat and roll up with carrots, green beans and green onion. Bundle in some chives.
- Fry in a frying pan until done.
- Mix remaining teriyaki sauce with a tablespoon of water and bring to boil.
- Serve roll meat with sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
