
Ingredients :
- 2 ea eggs 10 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey 100gr melted butter
- 20 gr sugar 150 gr self – raising flour
- 100 ml fresh milk 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 gr self – raising flour
Ingredients for filling :
- Whipped cream ready use 250 gr fresh strawberry
- mint leaf for garnish
- 100 gr dark cooking chocolate, grated 100 gr dark cherry cane
Method :
- Mixture : combine flour,egg, honey, sugar and salt
- Pour fresh milk to mixture slowly, mix well
- Add cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well
- Add melt butter and stir well. Leave it about 15 minutes
- Ready the pan non stick, and pour mixture like make a pancake.Cook until weldone.
- Set the dorayaki layer 1 each put whipped cream and dark cherry.Close with dorayaki layer and cream.Put slice strawberry for garnish and mint leaf.Sprinkle with greated chocolate
