BRAISED FETTUCINI with KING PRAWN

Ingredients :
- 200 gr Fettucini /Shang hainese Lamian
- 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 300 gr King Prawn ( big pieces )
- 20 gr Fresh Ginger , sliced
- 20 gr Whole Garlic, peeled and roasted
- 10 gr Spring Onion ( Scallion )
- 4 tsp Cornstrach mix with 8 tsp water
- Sprinkle with Togarashi powder and garnish with salad leavess
Seasoning :
- 400 ml Double boiled chicken Stock
- 200 gr Turkey ham / bacon ( use in making chicken stock )
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Salt
- Dash of white pepper
- 4 tsp Chinese cooking wine ( Hua Tio )
Method :
- Prepare fettucini as intructed on packaging
- Saute the king prawn with roasted garlic, ginger and spring onion
- Add seasoning ingredients and bring to boil
- Add Fettucini simmer for 2 minutes. Thicken gravy with cornstrach
