CEVICHE GREEK STYLE

Portion : 1 portion

Ingredients:

  • 3pc pancet shrimp
  • 20gr capers
  • 50gr tomato
  • 60gr fetta cheese / goat cheese
  • 30gr red onion
  • 50gr Japanese cucumber
  • Coriander leave (garnishing)

Directions:

  1. Prepare and clean shrimps, blanch them with hot water
  2. Slice tomato as preferred, add in red onion, Japanese cucumber, then mix them with capers
  3. Cut fetta cheese cubical shape, scatter them on top of the salad.
  4. Pour the dressing and serve

Sauce (dressing):

  • 120ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon salt water
  • 4 teaspoon mitsukan ponju
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:

Mix well all dressing ingredients together.
