Chicken Salad With Marinated Cheese, Green Salad & Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg Chicken breast boneless, without skin
  • 1 packet Mesclun salad
  • 250 gr Green asparagus
  • 250 gr Kraft cheddar cheese
  • 100 gr Basil leaf
  • 100 ml Basamic vinegar
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 100 gr Fresh red tomato
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50 gr Paprika powder
  • 150 gr Parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  •  

Method

  1. Marinate chicken breast with salt, black pepper, chopped basil and lemon juice. Put to one side for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel asparagus skin and grill in a frying pan. Add black pepper, balsamic vinegar and fresh basil.
  3. Cut Kraft cheddar cheese, add olive oil.
  4. Ready 2 small bowls (1 paprika powder and the other chopped parsley).Coat cheddar cheese with paprika powder and chopped parsley.
  5. Grilled the marinated chicken in frying pan until well done.
  6. Cut into julienne slices and set on a platter.
  7. Put the asparagus, chicken and mesclun salad on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour on the balsamic dressing

Balsamic dressing: Balsamic vinegar , olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper. Mixwell
