CRISPY MUSHROOM

Ingredients:

  • 10pcs portabella mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 400gr flour
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 100gr rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon chicken powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Vegetable oil for deep fry

Methods :

  1. Cut the mushroom as you like, then set aside. Heat the oil for frying
  2. Mix all dry ingredients. Take 4 tbsp mixture and mix with ice water until it thickens.
  3. Put the mushroom in to mixture and take it then coated with the dry ingredients until all cover it
  4. Heat the oil and deep fry it till lightly browned and cooked
