this deviled recipe is the classic recipe for picnic and parties. To make the deviled eggs easier to fill, spoon the yolk mixture into a ziiper-sealed plastic bag, out off bottom corner and pipe the filling into the egg shells.

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely-chopped celery
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • paprika for garnish
  •  

Method

  • Place eggs in a large saucepan. Cover with water by 2.5cm. Bring to a boil, uncovered, over high heat. Allow eggs to boil for exactly 30 second. Immediately cover and remove from heat (if using an electrical stove, move covered eggs off the burner)
  • Let eggs stand exactly 15 minutes. Rinse under cold water and peel.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop yolks out into a small mixing bowl. Add salad dressing, mustard, celery and salt. Mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into egg white shells, or spoon mixture into a plastic zip-lock bag. Cut off the bottom corner of the bag. Pipe yolk mixture into egg white shells. Garnidsh with paprika.

Serve immediately or chily up to 24 hours before serving.
