EGG YOLK COCKTAIL

Ingredients :
- 1,5kg Eggs
- 200ml Mayonaise
- 150ml Mustard
- 1 Lemon juice
- 100gr Pikles, finely chopped
- 100gr Fresh raw pineaple, finely chopped
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Parsley and red black pepper to garnish
Methods :
- Cut in half all eggs, separated egg yolk, put into mayonaise, mustard, lemon juice, pikles and pineaple
- Shake well until softened and season with salt and black pepper
- Put 2 tbsp egg yolk mixture into white egg boiled, garnish with parsley and red bell pepper
