EKKADO with SPECIAL SAUCE

Ingredients :

  • 40 quails eggs, boiled & peeled
  • 600gr ground shrimp
  • 600gr ground chicken
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 stalk leek, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon beef Knorr
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper & nutmeg to taste
  • 40 spring roll shell
  • Leeks, blanched

Sauce:

  • 150ml tomato sauce
  • 200gr sweet & sour chili
  • 50gr pineapple jam
  • 5 bird’s eye chili, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Directions :

  1. Mix well shrimp, chicken, egg, leek and spice
  2. Put the mixture ekkado on the spring roll sheet, then 1 quail egg on the centre, wrap carefully then tightened with blanched leek.
  3. Deep fried for 5 minute with medium heat.
  4. How to make sauce: mix all ingredients into bowl and stir well
