Fettucine Creamy Snapper

Ingredients :

  • 300gr pasta fettuccine, boil
  • 150gr red snapper fillet
  • 30gr parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper, crush
  • 2 lime, slice
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Sauces :

  • 200ml fresh milk
  • 50ml cream cooking
  • 4pc garlic chop
  • 5gr oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper crush

Directions :

  1. Marinate red snapper fillet with salt, crush black pepper and lime juice, pan fry with butter.
  2. Sauce, sauté chop garlic until fragrant, add fresh milk and cooking cream, cook and stir well, add pasta , oregano, salt and black pepper. Sauté and stir the sauce until thickening. Serve with fish topping and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
