Ingredients :

  • Edo Puff Pastry 11cm x 44cm
  • 50gr Vla Instant
  • 400cc Elle n Vire UHT Fresh Cream
  • Fresh fruit (Kiwi, Anggur, Strawberry)
  •  

Method :

  1. Thawing Edo Puff Pastry cut as you like. Press with end of scraper to inside
  2. Baked with temperature 200°C, ±7 minutes,
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. tir vla with Elle and vire UHT Fresh Cream put to piping bag plastic,.Spread on puff with the vla.
  5. Set the slice of fresh fruit on the vla and for finishing glaze with apricot glaze
  6. Sprinkle with coarsely cashewnut
