Grill Lamb Chop with Plum Sauce

Ingredients Plum Salsa :
- 4 pcs Red Plum / black plum,seedles and cut into ½ inci
- 1 pcs Mango, peeled and cut into ½ inci

1 pc Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 pc Red chilli, seedles and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Sugar
Lamb chop:
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
- ¼ tsp Paprika powder
- 8 pcs Lamb chop
- 1 tsp Salt
Method :
- In medium bowl, mix plum , mango, red onion, red chilli , coriander leave, lime juice and salt, mix well. Keep into refrigerator until salsa ready to use
- In small bowl , mix together coriander , bell pepper, salt and black pepper, mix well. Mix the lamb chop and seasoning until coated all .Cover the lit with plastic wrapped.And leave it in the refrigerator until 30 minutes.
- Heat the grider / pan for grill. Heat the coat before. Put the lamb chop with some oilon the grider. If use the coat put the lamb chop 4 – 6 inci from the coat about 10 minutes, until welldone all side.
- Remove the grill lamb chop to serving dish and serve with plum salsa
