
Ingredients A :
- 600 gr Chicken breast, cut into cube
- 50 gr Corn flour, for coated salt to taste
Ingredients B :
- 100 gr Cashew nut, toasted
- 30 gr spring onion cut in 1,5 inch
- 1 pc medium onion, cut cube
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method :
- Mix well ingredients A. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Remove and set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and saute onion until fragrant.
- Add 1 pck off kung pao AHG seasoning, stir well5. Add the oyster sauce and the chicken.
- Add some water as you like.Stir it
- Remove from heat.
Served with sprinkle toasted cashew nut.
