
A freshly tossed salad over rice, these unique combinations give a distinctive taste.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 3 Tomatoes, cored & quartered
- 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus, cooked & cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 Red onion, sliced in rings
- 1 Celery Stalk, sliced in julienne of 1 inch
- 1 Banana, sliced
- 250 gr Steamed rice
- 50 ml Mayonnaise, seasoned with ½ tsp. mustard
- 2 tbsps Sour cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & black Pepper (seasoning)
1. Mix vegetables, banana, and rice together in large bowl, add seasoning.
2. Place mayonnaise into another bowl, add sour cream and Worcestershire, mix well. Season to taste if necessary.
3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over salad and mix well.
