MUSHROOM PATE

Ingredients:

  • 100gr canned button mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 100gr Shitake mushroom
  • 3 tablespoon dry white wine
  • 100gr Earwood mushroom
  • 100gr peanut, toasted, chopped ( put in water until soak)
  • 1 tablespoon chieve, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 100gr beef bacon, salt to taste toasted dry & chopped
  • 400gr cream cheese

Methods :

  1. Saute mushroom with the butter until soft. Add Worcestershire sauce and white wine, cook until re-juice, then set aside.
  2. After cold, mix the mushroom with all ingredients and mix well. Served for spread canape or toast bread
