pan fried chicken salad with black pepper

Ingredients,

  • 2 pc,- chicken breast
  • 100gr,- head lettuce ( dice 3 x 3 )
  • 1 pc,- carrot ( jullienne )
  • 100gr,- bean sprout .
  • 1 pc,- kyuri
  • 6 pc,- red radish ( slices )
  • ½ pc,- pineapple ( jullienne )
  • 2 pc,- tomato ( slices )
  • 50gr,- cheddar cheese grated .
  • 1 tsp,- cooking oil, for pan fried chicken breast.

Dressing,

  • 200ml,- salad oil .
  • 50ml,- red wine vinegar
  • 1 table spoon,- black pepper crush .
  • 1 table spoon,- sugar
  • 1 tea spoon,- salt .
  • 1 pc,- lime.

Cooking method,

  1. Marinated chicken fillet with salt and black pepper and then grill with the fry pan until welldone .
  2. Mix all ingredients, give the grill chicken with grated cheese on top
  3. For dressing : mix all the ingredient for sauce well and pour on the mix vegetable
