PAN FRIED TURKEY with MUSHROOM SAUCE

Portion : 1 portion

Ingredients:

  • 120gr Smoked Turkey Breast

Sauce:

  • 50gr champignon
  • 300ml chicken essence
  • Chicken powder
  • Unsalted butter
  • Salt, sugar or simple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 3pc bay leave
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Direction:
Cut the turkey into shapes, pan fried till lightly browned then put aside.

Preparing the sauce:
Heat up the pan, add flour and butter into heated pan and stir and mix well. Add in chicken essence, chopped mushroom, tomato paste, tomato ketchup, bay leave, and seasonings.

Side Dish (Potato Wedges) :

  • 200gr potato
  • Chicken powder
  • 1pc egg
  • 30gr flour
  • Salt
  • Thyme

Directions:
Chop potato into 1/4, boil them half done then put aside. Season with salt, dip into flour and egg mixture. Pan fry till lightly browned. Your side dish is ready.
