
A main course of salmon never dissapoints, especially with the added flavor of Maitre D’Hotel Butter and served with vegetables. Try your hand on this easy recipe with wonderful result!
Maitre D’Hotel Butter
1. Mix all ingredients into food processor.
2. Position aluminium foil & spoon butter along centre on it, roll into cylindrical shape. Twist and shut at both edge sides (freeze 10 minutes).
Salmon Fillets
1. Season fish & dredge in multipurpose flour, set aside.
2. Fry 5 minutes in heated butter & oil.
3. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and oven 5 minutes with 180° C temperature.
Vegetables
1. Boil brussel sprouts 5 minutes, drained and cut in half.
2. Fry 1minutes with olive oil, add seasoning.
SERVING DIRECTIONS
1. Place a slice maitre d’ hotel butter on each salmon fillet.
2. Garnish with 3 slices lemon side by side and put brussel sprout on its side. (Serves : 4)
