Seafood-Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 150 gram White fish or any kind
  • 100 gr Shrimp, peeled
  • 100 gr Cutlefish, cut ring
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopp
  • 75 gram Onion, chopped
  • 50 gram Carrot, cut diced
  • 50 gram Red and green bell pepper, cut dice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 500 ml Stock
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50 gram Sweet corn
  • 100 ml Fresh milk
  •  

Completer:

  • baquett, cut into 1 cm
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  •  

Methode:

  1. Heat the olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add onion, shrimp,cuttlefish, stir and sprinkle with flour, stir well.
  2. Add stock, carrot, bell pepper, and stirl until done.Put with seasoning , cook about 10 minutes,.
  3. Completer: Spread each bread with olive oil and baked until crispy.Remove and sprinkle with chopped basil.Server seafood casserole with completer..
