Seafood Casserole

Ingredients:
- 150 gram White fish or any kind
- 100 gr Shrimp, peeled
- 100 gr Cutlefish, cut ring
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 clove garlic, finely chopp
- 75 gram Onion, chopped
- 50 gram Carrot, cut diced
- 50 gram Red and green bell pepper, cut dice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 500 ml Stock
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 gram Sweet corn
- 100 ml Fresh milk
Completer:
- baquett, cut into 1 cm
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Methode:
- Heat the olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add onion, shrimp,cuttlefish, stir and sprinkle with flour, stir well.
- Add stock, carrot, bell pepper, and stirl until done.Put with seasoning , cook about 10 minutes,.
- Completer: Spread each bread with olive oil and baked until crispy.Remove and sprinkle with chopped basil.Server seafood casserole with completer..
