
Ingredients for salad:
- 250 gr Fresh cutlefish, cut ring 1 cm
- 250 gr Medium shrimp , peeled
- 200 gr Snapper fillet, cut into 2 cm
- 200 gr Mussel ( import shell )
- 100 gr Corn Flour
- 5 gr Parsley
- 15 gr Garlic, chopped coarsley
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Coarsley black pepper to taste
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 200 gr Mesclun salad
- 1 ltr Salad oil for frying
Ingredients for dressing:
- 100 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 15 gr Parsley, chopped coarsley
- 20 gr Garlic, chopped coarsley
- Salt to taste
- Coarsley black pepper to taste
Method :
- Ready medium bowl, put all the seafood, add salt, lemon juice and black pepper , mix well and leave it for few minute. Remove and strain it.
- Put back the seafood into clear bowl, add garlicand parsley.Mix well and add corn flour and stir well.
- Heat the oil in fry pan, stir fry all seafood with medium high until golden brown and done.
- Remove and strain it.And then put into bowl.
- In small bowl, mix ingredients for dressing, stir well.
- Pour the dressing into seafood, mix well.
- For serving : put the mesclun salad on plate dish, and seafood over it.
