Seared Beef Fillet with Mushroom Basil Risoto

Ingredients for Mushroom Basil Risotto:

  • 500 gr Risotto rice
  • 100 gr Butter
  • 100 gr Champignon, cut half
  • 100 gr Shimeji mushroom
  • 100 gr Onion , chopped coarsley
  • 1 ea Bay leave
  • 25 gr Basil leaves, thinly slice
  • 50 gr Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ltr Chicken stock / mineral water
  • Salt to taste
  • Coarsley black pepper to taste
  •  

Method :

  1. Heat the butter, saute slice onion until fragrant
  2. Add bay leave and rissotto rice, stir well.Add chicken stock, stir and cover it
  3. In the other pan, heat butter , saute mushroom until frgagrant, and then put the mushroom into rissotto, stir well.
  4. Add salt and black pepper and basil leave. Add parmesan cheese and stir when to serve.
     

Ingredients for Searde Beef Fillet :

  • 8000 gr Tenderloin Beef ( import ), @ 50 gr / slice
  • 1 sdm French mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Coarsley black pepper to taste
  • 10 gr Parsley, chopped coarsley
  • 100 gr Fresh butter
  • 1 pack Gravy beef mc.Cormick
  •  

Methode :

  1. Marinated the beef with french mustard, chopped parsley, salt and black pepper. Leave it about 5 – 10 minutes
  2. Heat the butter in fry pan, grill beef until done or medium welldone, as you like
