
INGREDIENTS:
- 500gr smoked beef, sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 500gr prawn, peeled
- Salt and black pepper
- 120gr Suchini, thinly sliced, leek, blanched
- 200gr Enoki mushroom
GRAPE & PLUM SALSA SAUCE :
- 100ml grape juice
- 2 lemon juice
- 150gr plum, cut small
- 1 lime juice
- 100gr green & red bell pepper,
- 30gr cilantro, chopped (cut into small )
- 2 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 50gr red onion, cut small
- Salt
- 100gr tomatoes, cut small
Directions :
- Put prawn,enoki and suchini into beef slice ,rolling and banded with blanched leek

Heat up the grape juice ,lemon juice and lime juice. Add water as you need. Add the rolled beef into boiled juice for 2 minute, set asideix half of half juice with all ingredients salsa grape plum.
