
Ingredients
- 500 gr medium shrimp, peeled
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 250 gr Kraft Cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- 20 psc Spring rolls skin
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 egg white
For sprinkle : Kraft Cheddar cheese, grated
Method :
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, mix well
- Take one spring rolls skin and fill with shrimp, cheese and roll
- Heat the oil and fry the shrimp roll until golden brown
- Remove and serve with sprinkle cheese on top
