TASTY NUTRITIOUS SOUP

Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken
  • 150gr carrots, cut into wedges
  • 10 red dates
  • 200gr white Chinese cabbage
  • 1 teaspoon white peppercorns
  • 2.5 liter water
  • 40gr dried scallops
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 can razor clams, drained

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into large pieces.
  2. Place chicken and the rest of the ingredients into a 8Qt TIVOLI NEVIO Multi-Purpose Cooker and cook to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes or until the flavors of the soup is enhanced. Adjust with salt to taste.
  4. Serve the soup hot.
