Australian Roasted Grape and Goat Cheese Toast

AUSTRALIAN ROASTED GRAPE AND GOAT CHEESE TOAST

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-grain baguette (sliced)
  • 2 cups Australian grapes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 110g goats cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Australian Almonds (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Capilano pure honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss together the grapes, olive oil and salt and place on a lined baking tray. Roast for 10 minutes or until the grapes begin to caramelise.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the goats cheese with fresh rosemary and toast the sliced baguette.
  4. Evenly layer each toast with the rosemary goats cheese, top with the warm roasted grapes, sprinkle with almonds and finish with a drizzle with honey.

 


 

ROTI PANGGANG ANGGUR AUSTRALIA DENGAN KEJU KAMBING

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1 baguette gandum utuh (potong miring menjadi beberapa bagian)
  • 2 cup anggur Australia
  • 1 sdm minyak zaitun extra virgin
  • ¼ sdt garam
  • 110g keju kambing (suhu ruang)
  • 1 sdt rosemary segar (cincang halus)
  • ¼ cup Almond Australia (cincang)
  • 3 sdm madu murni Capilano

Instruksi:

  1. Panaskan lebih dulu oven ke 200 ° C.
  2. Aduk anggur, minyak zaitun, dan garam, lalu letakkan diatas loyang yang sudah dilapisi. Panggang selama 10 menit atau sampai anggur mulai menjadi karamel.
  3. Sementara itu, campurkan keju kambing dengan rosemary segar dan panggang irisan baguette.
  4. Lapisi setiap roti panggang dengan keju kambing rosemary secara merata, taburi dengan anggur panggang hangat, taburi dengan almond, dan akhiri dengan taburan madu.
