Chicken Shish Kebab by Tropicana Slim

Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp Tropicana Slim Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tropicana Slim Salty Soy Sauce
- 2 pcs red bell pepper
- 1 tsp bell pepper powder
- 50 g greek yogurt
- 3 pcs garlic cloves
- 1/2 pc lemon
- 1/2 tsp curmin powder
- 20 g tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Lemon Yoghurt Dressing:
- 150 g greek yogurt
- 40 mL Tropicana Slim Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pc garlic clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt

Salad:
- 1 pc cucumber
- 100 g cherry tomato
- 1/2 red onion

Complementary:
- Basmati rice

Cooking Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients except red pepper. Marinate for 2 - 6 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Mix all ingredients for Lemon Yoghurt Dressing and store in refrigerator.
3. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Prepare the skewers and arrange the chicken and red bell pepper, alternately.
4. Grill for 15-20 minutes and flip it for the first 8 minutes.
5. Serve "Chicken Shish Kebab" with basmati rice, salad and Lemon Yoghurt Dressing.
