Creamy Avocado Greek Yogurt Dip
CREAMY AVOCADO GREEK YOGURT DIP
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat
Method:
- In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado until smooth.
- Add the Greek yogurt to the mashed avocado and mix well until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Stir in the minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and chopped basil or cilantro. These ingredients add flavor and
- potential health benefits.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you like a bit of heat.
- Mix everything together until the flavors are well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Transfer the creamy avocado Greek yogurt dip to a serving bowl.

CREAMY AVOCADO GREEK YOGURT DIP
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 buah alpukat matang, kupas dan buang bijinya
- 1 cangkir Greek Yogurt
- 1 siung bawang putih kecil, cincang
- 1 sendok makan jus lemon segar
- 1 sendok makan kemangi segar atau daun ketumbar cincang
- Garam dan merica secukupnya
- Opsional: sejumput cabai bubuk untuk sedikit rasa pedas
Metode:
- Tumbuk / hancurkan daging alpukat hingga halus.
- Tambahkan yogurt ke dalam alpukat tumbuk dan aduk rata.
- Masukkan bawang putih cincang, jus lemon segar, dan daun kemangi atau daun ketumbar cincang. Bahan-bahan ini akan menambah rasa dan manfaat kesehatan.
