The difference between Lamb Leg Bone and Lamb Chop
Lamb Leg Bone :
- Lean, strong flavour but can be tough and dry if overcooked,
- highly versatile and tastes fantastic.
- Best for Roasting / Broiling / Grilling.
Lamb Chop :
- Needs long, slow and moist cooking to tenderise, full of flavour
- but can be tough if undercooked or cooked too quickly.
- Best for Braising / Stewing / Sauteing / Grilling.
