The difference between Lamb Leg Bone and Lamb Chop

Lamb Leg Bone :

  • Lean, strong flavour but can be tough and dry if overcooked,
  • highly versatile and tastes fantastic.
  • Best for Roasting / Broiling / Grilling.

Lamb Chop :

  • Needs long, slow and moist cooking to tenderise, full of flavour
  • but can be tough if undercooked or cooked too quickly.
  • Best for Braising / Stewing / Sauteing / Grilling.
